Once you have purchased your subscription, return to the home page, you can do this by clicking on the white Softball Australia logo in the top left hand corner, and then select Login, using your email and set password.

In most cases, this means you are not logged in to the account used to purchase the subscription.

Please check:

  • You are logged in
  • You are using the same email address you subscribed with
  • You are not logged in on a different device or browser with another account

If you have multiple email addresses, try logging out and logging back in using each one.

Once you are logged in, select the competition tile or banner and this will take you to the live games and what’s upcoming.

If all of the above is correct and you still can’t access games, contact support.

To see replays please scroll down to the bottom of the page below "Live" and "Next Up".

Live games will only appear approximately five minutes before the scheduled start time. Prior to this, you may see a holding screen with technical or encoding information displayed. This is normal and indicates the broadcast is preparing to go live.

Yes, most live streams have a short delay (10–30 seconds) due to encoding and transmission.

While the majority of games are streamed, not every game is guaranteed to be live. Games that are scheduled to be live streamed are listed in the ‘next up’ section. Check specific event information through Softball Australia for more details.

This can be device- or network-related, even if your connection seems strong.

We recommend:

  • Refreshing the stream
  • Closing other apps or browser tabs
  • Trying a different browser (Chrome or Safari recommended)
  • Switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data to test performance

Mobile devices may experience more issues than laptops or desktop computers.

  • Ensure your device software and browser are up to date
  • Restart your device

If you have a Smart TV, open the browser and visit the Softball Australia TV website or use the official app (if available). For Chromecast, click the ‘Cast’ icon in your browser or app and select your TV device. For Apple TV, use AirPlay from your iOS device by tapping the AirPlay icon on the video player. For other streaming devices (Roku, Fire Stick), use the built-in browser or screen mirroring feature. Ensure your TV and device are on the same Wi-Fi network for casting to work properly.
